Can we cancel anytime?

Do you charge per user or per event?

Neither. $50/month covers your entire chapter with unlimited users, unlimited events, and unlimited check-ins.

Are there any fees on ticket sales?

FratDoor charges a small platform fee on wristband ticket sales. The buyer pays the fee — your chapter keeps the ticket price.

What payment methods do you accept?

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
